Editorial Policy
This report aims to present a clear picture of a wide range of activities conducted by the Cosmo Oil Group from a perspective of its economic, environmental and social aspects - so-called the 'triple bottom line'. For more detail, please see our website describing more items than booklet.
The subjects included in the report are selected with reference to the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines 2002 of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Environmental accounting is selected with reference to the "Environmental Accounting Guidelines (2005)" published by the Ministry of the Environment.
Report Coverage
This sustainability report covers the economic, environmental and social activities conducted by the Cosmo Oil Group in fiscal year 2005 (from April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006). Note that some examples include activities in fiscal year 2006.
