Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. (Head office: 1-1-1, Shibaura, Minato-Ku, Tokyo, Paid-up capital 107.2 Billion Yen, President Yaichi Kimura) hereby announces completion of the Delayed Coker Unit and a celebration for the completion of the unit was held at Sakai Refinery, today.
This Delayed Coker Unit significantly expands our cracking capability to cope with structural demand change of petroleum product in Japan, such as steep demand decline of residual fuel. With this new unit, we further move forward for stable supply security of petroleum product in Japan.
